Meat Tray Buying Guide
Meat trays sit under demanding conditions — cold chain, juice pooling, stacking and printing. Four points to check before you order.

- Moisture management — absorbent pads vs sealed film trays. Pads handle drip for short shelf life; thermoformed trays with anti-fog film suit vacuum and modified atmosphere packs.
- Cold-chain strength — the tray must survive 0–4°C storage and stacking without cracking or sagging; check wall thickness and rib design.
- Printing & labeling — plan print areas, label position and bar-code readability early; IML or in-mold labeling keeps labels on permanently.
- Ordering — confirm MOQ, lead time, pallet packing and cold-chain transit tests before committing bulk volumes.
