What is your minimum order?
MOQs start at 20,000 pcs for stock cups and 30,000 for tinted bodies, with straws from 100,000 pcs. Custom molds require a one-time tooling fee.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Stock samples ship within 3–5 days; printed or IML samples follow once artwork is approved. Sample costs are credited on your first order.
What are typical lead times?
Stock products: 15–20 days. Printed cups: 25–30 days. Custom molds add 20–30 days of tooling time. We confirm exact dates per order.
Which printing is right for me?
Bold logo blocks — screen print. Fine detail and gradients — thermal transfer. A label that never scratches — in-mold labeling (IML). We recommend options per your artwork for free.
Do you handle shipping and export?
Yes. We quote FOB, CIF or DDP, palletize cartons, and prepare all export documents including certificates and customs paperwork.
