Stocked standard items can start from a single carton. Custom sizes, colors or printed packaging typically require 30,000–100,000 pieces depending on tooling and material — send your item and volume and we confirm quickly.

We quote FOB, CIF or DDP per carton with palletization and export documents included. Send your artwork or a rough idea and you will get a written quotation within 24 hours.

Standard stock samples are free — you cover courier cost. Printed or IML samples are provided once artwork is approved, and sample costs are credited on your first order.

Stock items ship within days. Custom production generally takes 15–30 days after proof approval, plus shipping time. Custom molds add 20–30 days of tooling.

Yes — our in-house tooling shop builds molds for custom shapes, ribs and IML cavities. Custom tooling requires a one-time fee, quoted per drawing.

Yes. PP, PET, PS, BOPS and PLA products use food-contact grade resin and comply with FDA regulations and EU Regulation 10/2011. SGS test reports and material declarations available on request.

EVOH is a high-barrier coextrusion layer that blocks oxygen, aroma and moisture — ideal for jelly, pudding and dairy dessert cups that need a longer shelf life. It is chill-chain safe and recyclable with the PP layer.

PLA compostable lines, corn-starch meal boxes, and rPET with post-consumer recycled content across clamshells, bowls and cups. Chain-of-custody documents arranged per order.

Incoming resin checks, first-article approval before every run, in-line patrol with dimension and seal sampling, then AQL-based outgoing inspection with packing checks.

FOB, CIF and door-to-door (DDP). We palletize cartons and prepare full export documents including certificates and customs paperwork.

T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment), L/C at sight for larger orders, and PayPal for samples and small orders. Terms are confirmed in the written quotation.

Each shipment is traceable by batch. Our sales engineer follows up on arrival and handles claims within 7 days of your report — replacements or credit per agreement.
