We have completed a phased upgrade of the thermoforming and IML labeling areas to controlled clean-room conditions, with filtered airflow and positive pressure in the molding halls. The change reduces airborne contamination during cup forming and decoration.
The QC lab now runs online wall-thickness gauging and seal-integrity testing alongside the existing drop and leak checks. Every production batch keeps retained samples for thirty days after shipment.
Additional test instruments cover dimensional tolerance, print adhesion for IML labels and heat-seal strength for foil lids. Reports are logged per batch and shared with buyers on request.
The upgrade supports our food-contact compliance program, including FDA and EU Regulation 10/2011 documentation, with SGS verification samples drawn quarterly.
